Cancellation Policy
All bookings at SoHy Station require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If changes are made less than 72 hours before your scheduled event, a 20% fee of the total booking amount will apply. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as extreme weather, venue-related issues, or other factors beyond your control—no rescheduling or cancellation fee will be charged.
