Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly stated herein. Grace Period. A full refund is available only if a booking is cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the booking. Credits After Grace Period. After the 72-hour grace period, no refunds shall be issued. At Laetus’s sole discretion, a booking credit may be issued subject to the following strict conditions: The credit must be booked within thirty (30) days of issuance; and The rescheduled Event date may not occur later than six (6) months from the original booking date. Credits are non-transferable, non-extendable, and void if not timely booked or used. Administrative fees, outside bartender fees, coordination fees, storage fees, penalties, and other ancillary charges are earned upon receipt and are never refundable.
